VITERBI SQUARED PROGRAM

We are proud of our graduate alumni and are pleased to offer this new program that may allow you to return to Viterbi to complete a second Master's degree in engineering. The Viterbi Squared program allows you to:

• Waive the Graduate Application Fee
• Waive the GRE requirement (we will use your previous scores)
• Transfer one applicable course from your previous USC Master’s degree

By maintaining a 3.0 GPA throughout the program, students will be eligible for the Dean’s Alumni Fellowship of 3 units to be awarded their final semester.

Please complete our interest form prior to submitting your application for admission or applying for Limited student status.

Please note: Students may apply up to 4 units from their prior USC Engineering Master's degree if the coursework has been completed within seven years of admission to the new degree.  If you graduated more than seven years ago, please contact Carolyn Suckow at jecks@usc.edu for advisement.

Please note: 1) Application to a degree program is not a guarantee of admission; 2) Second MS degrees are not allowed in the same program of study for students who earned their first MS degree at USC; 3) Applicants must meet any pre-requisites as required by the Department to which they are applying.
